We are seeking an Associate with a couple of years of experience post-graduation and a foundational understanding of the reinsurance industry. The role offers great exposure to the business’s operational and strategic elements, with a strong focus on creating presentations, reporting, and managing data for key meetings and stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with both clients and the executive team, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
Presentation and Deck Creation:
- Prepare high-quality decks for client meetings, executive briefings, and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with business objectives and communicates effectively.
- Generate and maintain CRM dashboards, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client and business data.
- Compile MI packs for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), board meetings, and other key stakeholder engagements.
- Extract and analyze data from Monday.com to create insightful reports.
- Assist in developing reports and insights based on collected data.
- Support business operations through ad hoc tasks and projects that contribute to overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Gain exposure to both technical and commercial aspects of reinsurance.
- Build knowledge and skills across various business functions, setting a foundation for future career growth.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Economics) or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience within reinsurance or a related financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Monday.com) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.
